Donate a Laptop

One laptop or a pallet of them — tell us what you have and we will tell you whether we can put it back to work.

Path 1

Individual Donation

One device, or a few from around the house or a small office. Fill out the form below and we will follow up about the best way to hand it over.

Path 2

Bulk / Organization Donation

Retired fleets, school surplus, recycler inventory, or recurring streams of equipment. Use the bulk form so we can talk logistics — including pickup where it is available.

What we accept

We are interested in laptops that are:

  • Working
  • Partially working
  • Damaged
  • Older
  • Missing components
  • Suitable for repair
  • Suitable for parts
Erase it first if you can. Back up anything you want to keep, sign out of your accounts, and reset the device if that is possible for you. If it will not boot, tell us and we will handle the drive as part of intake.
Chargers help. They are not required, but a matching power adapter makes a laptop far easier to test and redistribute.
Not sure it is worth offering? Offer it anyway. Machines that cannot be refurbished are often useful for parts, and anything unusable is routed to responsible recycling.

Fill in what you know. Blank fields and “unknown” answers are completely fine.

About the device

One entry is enough even if you have two or three similar machines — just note the count.

Does the laptop contain a storage drive?

Anything useful: cracked screen, missing keys, no charger, error on boot, forgotten password, water damage.

One image, under 8 MB. Helpful for damaged devices, never required.

Pickup depends on location and volume, and is not available everywhere.

We will confirm by email before you send or drop off anything.
